Return Policy

Each of our products is a unique, one-of-a-kind, piece of art that is handcrafted by an experienced artist. We ask that you adhere and agree to the following:

• Returns will be issued as store credit ONLY.
• Returns must be received within 14 days of your delivery date.
• Returns must be in unused condition in the original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective items: All defective merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt at support@sippinglitter.com. If you receive a product that is damaged, we would be happy to replace your item with one that has a similar design or issue you a store credit. Proof of damage is required. 

Returns: Returns must be pre-approved. Please send an email to support@sippinglitter.com to ensure your product is eligible for return.

Store Credit: Once we receive your item and confirm its condition meets the criteria above, a credit will be added to your account within 3 business days. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address we have on file for you.
